Founder & CEO

Albrecht Executive Search specializes in global executive recruitment for companies navigating challenging business scenarios, including growth and hypergrowth, restructuring, organizational transformation, ownership change, CEO succession, international expansion, and other moments of strategic inflection.

Every search is personally led by Alan Albrecht, ensuring senior-level involvement, direct access, and a highly tailored approach throughout the process. Clients work directly with the founder from mandate definition through execution, benefiting from deep market insight, cross-border expertise, and a hands-on partnership. Alan has partnered with leading institutions and investors, across multiple industries and geographies, helping them build leadership teams that drive long-term value creation.

Alan began his career in asset management before moving into executive search. He later joined Russell Reynolds, where he specialized in cross-border leadership mandates across key European markets. Prior to launching Albrecht Executive Search, he led the Financial Services & Private Equity practice at Sarah Marlex.
